Ady was the first employee of Insights, back in 2011. For a decade, he developed Insights server side infrastructure, before being appointed as the company's CEO in 2022.

Ady has around 20 years of experience as a program developer. Ady was born in Romania and immigrated to Israel at a young age. He always enjoy studying, growing and exploring different ideas. Ady believes we can make a real change in this world, and chooses to invest his time in the places he can help the most - from software developing to community gardening, education initiatives, environmental projects and permaculture.
