If we want to invite participants, we will first need to make sure that we are connected, that the question is well worded and that the data (contacts) are in the system. (You can see an explanation of how to upload participants to the system).
Now, we need to take the following steps:
1. In the management interface we will enter the management menu.
2. Click on send messages and then we will follow the steps that the system takes us through:
A. We will choose the format of email or SMS as needed and desired. (By email there is an option to receive a formatted message).
B. Selecting the target audience. The default is all participants in the process. If there is no particular interest in another choice, we would like to share them all.
C. Template selection - in this case, an invitation to the process is selected, since the participants have not yet received an advance order.
D. Now the invitation will appear, we can use the edit button to edit it, check, add or delete text, and when finished click on Finish editing and preview.
E. By clicking on the next button - you can send a sample (the sample will be sent to the email that is connected to the system).
F. After checking the wording and visibility in the email - if everything looks good, click send, and the messages will be sent to the participants.
