To change the access permissions to the process, follow these steps:

1. Click "Manage" next to the profile picture.

2. Access the "Question Settings" tab.

3. Under the "Access" section, you can choose which private privileges will be activated in the process:

A. Closed to invitees only - only those who have received an invitation can enter the process.

B. Mandatory registration - In order to review the answers and answer a question, it is first necessary to register for the process.

C. Manual response confirmation - Any answer uploaded to the site will require the approval of the process manager before it is made public.
